Your Tasks

  • Administration and configuration of the shared central Microsoft 365 tenant (including EntraID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange)
  • Coordination and configuration of B2B collaborations with subsidiaries and partners with their own M365 environments
  • Technical project responsibility for the implementation of M365 in international subsidiaries, particularly for onboarding into the VIG IT environment
  • Continuous management and optimization of the M365 environment and policies
  • Automation of standard processes using PowerShell, Command Line, Flow, and PowerAutomate

Your Profile

  • Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college, university) or equivalent professional experience in the Microsoft Cloud environment
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment
  • In-depth knowledge of M365 hybrid environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) as well as experience in managing EntraID 
  • Service orientation and strong communication skills, along with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel (20%) within the CEE region

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 60,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
