Your Tasks

Administration and configuration of the shared central Microsoft 365 tenant (including EntraID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange)
Coordination and configuration of B2B collaborations with subsidiaries and partners with their own M365 environments
Technical project responsibility for the implementation of M365 in international subsidiaries, particularly for onboarding into the VIG IT environment
Continuous management and optimization of the M365 environment and policies
Automation of standard processes using PowerShell, Command Line, Flow, and PowerAutomate

Your Profile

Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college, university) or equivalent professional experience in the Microsoft Cloud environment
Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment
In-depth knowledge of M365 hybrid environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) as well as experience in managing EntraID
Service orientation and strong communication skills, along with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for new technologies
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel (20%) within the CEE region

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 60,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
