Your Tasks

  • Support in sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD/ESRS with a focus on „S“ topics: Contribute to the creation and further development of our sustainability reports and ensure that they meet the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and ESRS
  • Sub-project management for ESRS Data Solution: Take over the management of sub-projects for the implementation of ESRS Data Solutions and ensure continuous improvement of data quality and monitoring
  • Ongoing improvement of data quality and monitoring: Work on the ongoing improvement of data quality including definitions in our reporting tool
  • Support with regulatory and audit findings: Support our team in dealing with regulatory challenges and resolving regulatory challenges and remediation of audit findings with a focus on the „S“ topics
  • Support in conducting materiality analyses: Help conduct and analyse materiality analyses to ensure that our sustainability strategies are focused on the most important topics

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, sustainability management, environmental sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in the field of sustainability reporting and/or reporting
  • Basic knowledge of ESRS standards; experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAP and JIRA is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
  • Enjoy teamwork and commitment
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)

 

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138.19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is a maternity leave replacement.
