Your Tasks

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and objectives for the ServiceNow ITSM module
Gather and prioritize requirements while creating and maintaining the product backlog
Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and ITSM teams to optimize and implement solutions
Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and release management processes
Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as incident resolution times and request fulfillment rates
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow ITSM platform
Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and effective use of the system

Your Profile

Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in the ServiceNow ITSM or ITIL environment
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM functionalities such as Incident Management, Change Enablement, and Problem Management
ITIL v4 Foundation certification required
Experience working in agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications: CSPO, ServiceNow CSA, or CIS ITSM certifications

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 70,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
