Your Tasks

  • Supporting the Head of HR and team members in administrative and organisational matters
  • Independent completion of various tasks including appointment coordination, filing organisation, record keeping and preparation of documents and presentations
  • Preparation, organisation and follow-up of meetings and appointments
  • First point of contact for managers and employees for all personnel administration issues at VIG Holding
  • Processing of employees joining and leaving the company, including drawing up employment contracts and references
  • Assistance with projects

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable assistant position
  • Experience in personnel administration advantageous or willingness and pleasure in learning new topics available
  • Independent, proactive and accurate way of working
  • Strong organisational skills and above-average service orientation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

 

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 2 948,75 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
