Your Tasks

  • Handling foreign liability claims in the area of corporate and major customer business
  • Clarification / Investigation of facts incl. checking cover and liability
  • Coordination of claims processing with Group companies and foreign partner networks
  • Technical and organizational support (country responsibility) within the insurance group (workshops, business trips)
  • Assignment / Coordination / Control of experts, lawyers and external service providers where necessary
  • Cooperation / Negotiations with major national and international key accounts and broker offices

Your Profile

  • Education / Professional experience in the field of industrial insurance / damage is an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Negotiating skills and customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in German and English; knowledge of CEE language is an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary of EUR 3.100 gross on the basis of full-time employment (38.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
