Your Tasks

  • Work closely with Service Owners and Group Competence Centers (GCCs) to design, enhance, and maintain CDC Service architecture and processes
  • Consult local entities on integration design, addressing questions and resolving issues
  • Design and maintain customized service solutions for specific entities in collaboration with Service Owners, GCCs, and local teams
  • Contribute to the annual planning process by supporting idea collection and helping to shape the enhancement roadmap and spin-off projects
  • Manage CDC user and authorization processes to ensure secure and seamless access
  • Oversee CDC test cases and supervise testing during service improvements, upgrades, and onboarding of new entities

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of computer science / business informatics / information security or relevant training
  • Several years of professional experience in IT security architecture or cybersecurity solutions, preferably within a Cyber Defence Center or Security Operations Center; experience in regulated industries such as insurance is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR), and process management
  • Basic understanding of IT software, IT infrastructure, network and end-user solutions
  • Structured and team-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills desirable; an additional CEE language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel in CEE (approx. 25 %)

The salary for this position is at least € 70,000. You have a lot of experience and know-how? Then we are obviously prepared to honor this with an overpayment.
