Your Tasks

  • Integration of the asset management companies into the Group-wide compliance management system
  • Monitoring the legal environment in the area of asset management and providing information to the Group companies
  • Identification and assessment of compliance risks in the area of asset management
  • Creation of Group-wide guidelines and standards in the area of asset management
  • Advising the Executive Board and Group companies and holding training courses
  • Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of law or business law
  • Several years of professional experience in asset management or securities compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of the legal environment in the area of asset management
  • Reliable and independent way of working, analytical thinking skills
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of an Eastern European language is an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138,19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
