Your Tasks

  • Support of M&A transactions as responsible transaction manager and coordination of the entire process up to closing
  • Responsible for the conception of investment transactions, their financing and economic analysis
  • Preparation of transaction-related corporate law, accounting and tax issues (e.g. in the context of negotiating investment projects and drafting contracts)
  • Specialist contact person for the Executive Board with regard to ongoing transactions and regular reporting to the Executive Board
  • Ongoing management of the portfolio of investments
  • Preparation and editing of documents for various company law meetings and assemblies

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics or business law
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position on the corporate side, in management consulting or in auditing/law firms
  • Project experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • High level of commitment, personal responsibility and hands-on mentality
  • Occasional project-related international travel in connection with corporate transactions

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138,19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
