Group Treasury & Capital Management

Your Tasks

  • Support and further development of the VIG Group's capital management framework and roll-out of new components
  • Coordination of the capital management process, including preparation and maintenance of tools and documentation
  • Regular data collection, analysis and reporting of capital management KPIs
  • Analysing and deriving options for action for the Executive Board in line with the Capital Management Framework
  • Monitoring the Group and its companies with regard to their effective use of capital

Your Profile

  • Degree with a focus on economics or financial management
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of insurance, banking and/or financial institutions, capital markets or investment
  • Profound knowledge in the field of capital management desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and very good communication skills as well as an independent way of working
  • High affinity for numbers and IT, in particular confident handling of Excel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 436,86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
