Your Tasks

  • Handling domestic and foreign liability claims in the area of corporate customer business
  • Clarification / Investigation of facts for the purpose of liability assessment
  • Checking / Assessing insurance cover
  • Determination of compensation payments where cover and liability are given, or the denial of liability or development of alternative solutions
  • Commission / Coordination / Control of experts, lawyers and external service providers where necessary
  • Making decisions to minimize losses
  • Cooperation / Negotiations with major national and international clients and brokerage firms

Your Profile

  • Completed law degree or comparable education
  • Education / Experience in the field of liability insurance is an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Negotiating skills and customer orientation
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in German and English; knowledge of a CEE language would be an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary of EUR 2 800 gross on the basis of full-time employment (38.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
