Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for active management of major incidents within the team
  • Central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders in escalation cases
  • Authorization and review of changes for new or modified services
  • Conducting CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
  • Planning and coordination of releases
  • Contributing to the professionalisation of IT service management processes

Your Profile

  • Completed education with an IT background (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences, or university)
  • Professional experience in IT service management and knowledge of ITIL
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with high customer orientation
  • Quick comprehension and strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written; German or another CEE language is an advantage

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 55,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
