Your Tasks

  • Contentual development of Data & AI Group governance in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Development and implementation of data standards, policies, guidelines and operational procedures for the VIG Group
  • Strategic data management, in particular data value and monetisation
  • Management of the AI Register, as well as the Data & AI Governance Council & Board
  • Coordination of the data governance sub-community within the data management & AI community
  • Cross-functional collaboration in the Chief Data & Analytics/AI Officer (CDAIO) agendas

Your Profile

  • Graduation, ideally with links to data management and governance
  • Leadership experience in an international group
  • In-depth expertise and experience in building data governance frameworks & tools
  • Experience in working with risk management, compliance, legal and IT in an international business environment
  • High frustration tolerance and intrinsic motivation to build a cross-functional unit within a complex, challenging environment
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, additional CEE language advantageous

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 436.86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
