Group Finance & Regulatory Reporting

Your Tasks

  • ESRS project implementation within the Group
  • Partial responsibility for the consolidated non-financial reports (ESRS)
  • Supporting the change to CSRD sustainability reporting requirements
  • Conducting data analysis and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with departments and partners for comprehensive reporting
  • Implementing internal data management system to optimize data collection, processing and analysis
  • Assessing progress towards the company's sustainability goals
  • Working closely with external auditors and certification entities to ensure policy compliance

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in law, economics, sustainability management or comparable fields
  • Professional experience in financial or non-financial reporting and knowledge of current guidelines is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the requirements of the CSRD and other relevant sustainability standards
  • Analytical skills and the ability to understand and implement complex interrelationships
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good command of written and spoken English; German language is a big advantage, knowledge of a CEE language is a plus

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 167,16 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
