Your Tasks

  • Developing and implementing IT governance structures which ensure that all business activities meet the applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements
  • Carrying out IT risk analysis, developing risk management strategies and plans
  • Continuous evaluation of IT compliance
  • Drafting, updating and reviewing IT policies
  • Identifying potential improvements in IT GRC processes and procedures; developing and implementing optimisation measures
  • Holding internal IT compliance and IT risk management training courses
  • Advising management on the implementation of IT governance and IT compliance measures

Your Profile

  • Higher education qualification, ideally in computer science or business law, or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience in GRC
  • In-depth knowledge of project management as well as MS Office and GRC tools
  • Governance certifications, e.g. COBIT, ITIL and ISO 38500
  • Organisational skills, and proactive, independent approach to work
  • Strong communication skills coupled with assertiveness and conflict resolution abilities
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel in the CEE region (20% of working time).

The salary for this position is at least € 50,000. You have a lot of experience and know-how? Then we are obviously prepared to honor this with an overpayment.
