Retail Insurance & Business Support

Your Tasks

  • Collaboration with VIG’s operational insurance companies
  • Advising and supporting VIG companies in Retail Pricing (Non-Life), focusing on data preparation, pricing tools, data analysis, and implementation
  • Analysis of key performance indicators: Comparison between technical and sold premiums
  • Identifying and sharing best practices (“Technical Excellence”) in Retail Pricing Non-Life across the VIG group
  • Subject matter expert for pricing-related topics within the VIG Holding
  • Coordination and promotion of knowledge transfer within the VIG group
  • Openness to diverse topics related to Non-Life/Retail insurance

Your Profile

  • Relevant professional experience in Non-Life Pricing within an operational insurance company
  • Proven experience collaborating with other departments or within a group
  • Very good communication skills in German or English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Social competence and strong team spirit
  • Willingness to travel, especially within the CEE region

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138,19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
