Your Tasks

  • Development and implementation of IT governance structures to ensure that all business activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
  • Conducting IT risk analyses, developing risk management strategies and plans
  • Ongoing review of IT compliance
  • Creation, updating, and auditing of IT policies
  • Identifying potential improvements in IT GRC processes and procedures, as well as developing and enforcing optimization measures
  • Conducting internal IT compliance and IT risk management training sessions
  • Advising management on the implementation of IT governance and IT compliance measures

Your Profile

  • A completed degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Law, or a comparable field of study
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in the GRC field
  • Solid knowledge of project management as well as proficiency in MS Office and GRC tools
  • Governance certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 38500 are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, along with a proactive and independent work approach
  • Excellent communication skills combined with assertiveness and conflict resolution abilities
  • Very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region (20%)

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 55,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
