Your Tasks

  • Standardising and optimising holding company processes (particularly related to finance, risk and data) with the aim of boosting efficiency and minimising risks
  • Enhancing transparency and clarity in the performance and methodological support for process and process portfolio analysis for the holding company and the Group companies
  • Finding and presenting solutions for intelligent automation of the analysed business processes
  • Promoting sharing of experience
  • Actively supporting communities at the Group companies and VIG Holding to promote sharing of best practice, success stories and challenges related to process management

Your Profile

  • Degree in a related subject
  • In-depth knowledge and several years’ experience of BPM and ARIS (or a similar tool) an advantage
  • Experience of process automation projects, RPA and the use of artificial intelligence an advantage
  • Exceptional analytical mindset, and a structured, independent and results-driven approach to work
  • Reliable and highly resilient
  • Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 2 888,03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
