Group Finance & Regulatory Reporting

Your Tasks

  • Develop ESRS-related policies and guidelines: Develop policies and guidelines that comply with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and support our sustainability strategy

  • Support in sustainability reporting according to CSRD/ESRS: Contribute to the creation and further development of our sustainability reports and ensure that they meet the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and ESRS

  • ESRS co-responsibility for the ‘Underwriting’ area including support in taxonomy reporting: Support our underwriting team and help with taxonomy reporting to ensure that our activities comply with ESRS requirements

  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments in the area of sustainability: Stay up to date with changing sustainability reporting requirements and their impact on our business practices

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote sustainable business processes: Work closely with various departments to drive sustainable initiatives and ensure compliance with ESRS and other relevant standards

Your Profile

  • Completed education in business administration, sustainability management, environmental sciences or a comparable qualification

  • Initial professional experience in the field of sustainability reporting and/or reporting

  • Basic knowledge of ESRS standards; project management experience

  • Knowledge of Power BI and JIRA is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way

  • Enjoy international teamwork and commitment

  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)

     

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138.19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
