Development and governance of group-wide modelling standards
Coordination and scaling of group-wide use cases and management of the Analytics/AI Service Hub
Supporting the subsidiaries and promoting collaboration

Your Profile

Graduation in data science or an other quantitative field, ideally with additional PhD
Long-term leadership role in a large insurance group
In-depth expertise in development and governance of quantitative models, ML, genAI and Databricks
Experience in working with risk management, compliance, legal and IT in an international business environment
High frustration tolerance and intrinsic motivation to build a cross-functional unit within a complex, challenging environment
Very good communication skills in German and English, additional CEE language advantageous

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 436.86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
