Your Tasks

  • Developing and maintaining a clear vision and strategy for a technical support system deployed in multiple European countries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technical service providers and local subsidiaries
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure user requirements and strategic goals are met
  • Coordinating an interdisciplinary team and external partners to ensure continuous optimization and scaling of the system
  • Ensuring compliance with milestones, budgets, and quality standards
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for the internationalisation and further development of the system.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally with external service providers and in international environments
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT project management
  • Solid technical understanding (e.g., Java-based systems, PostgreSQL) and experience with IT security topics
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approximately 20%).

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 70,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
