Your Tasks
Manage the enhancement roadmap and backlogs (ServiceNow), and define and oversee spin-off projects in collaboration with Service Owners, GCCs, and Service Design
Support Service Owners in preparing and executing spin-off projects, as well as onboarding entities to the CDC Service
Coordinate and manage the annual prioritization process with Service Owners, GCCs, and entities
Assist CDC teams with demand management processes (Clarity & Jira)
Maintain CDC governance processes, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, and task tracking
Consolidate KPI reports from GCCs and prepare management information and presentations for regular reporting
Completed studies in project management, business informatics, or related training, with several years of experience in relevant roles, ideally in complex, international environments
Proven expertise in project management, PMO operations, governance structures, and stakeholder coordination
Basic knowledge of IT organizations and security services; familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Clarity, and Jira is a plus
Experience in the insurance sector or regulated industries is beneficial
Structured, collaborative work style with strong initiative, flexibility, and hands-on problem-solving
Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills desirable; an additional CEE language is an advantage
Willingness to travel within the CEE region (up to 20%)
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 55,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
