Opportunity Management

Your Tasks

  • Extending a systematic reporting approach (plan, actual, analysis) for the area of BancAssurance, analytical derivation and presentation of business developments and the resulting findings
  • Participating in/Managing of projects with Group companies in the area of BancAssurance (product conception, digital customer journeys...)
  • Being (co-)responsible for the strategic design of the BancAssurance business in a market - together with VIG Group companies
  • Generating market insights, trends and innovations, specific to BancAssurance
  • Close cooperation with other areas of the holding company (Actuarial, Controlling, Retail Insurance) and the Group companies

Your Profile

  • University degree (preferably in economics or actuarial science)
  • Strong interest in finance (banking & insurance) and practical experience in insurance and/or retail banking is a great advantage
  • Structured and independent way of working, strong analytical skills, good understanding of numbers, initiative and commitment as well as communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people, organizational talent and team spirit
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of German and a CEE language would be an advantage

 

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138,19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
