Your Tasks

  • Identifying Opportunities: Monitor and analyze trends and innovations in the healthcare sector to identify new business opportunities (e.g., in areas such as telemedicine, health apps, preventive health solutions, lifehacking, fitness, mental health and beyond)
  • New Services: Together with the team and partners design, plan, develop new services that meet the needs and plans of our insurers in different countries to expand the existing health ecosystem
  • Scouting solutions: Based on identified needs, identify, scout and convince possible solution providers & partners 
  • Building Partnerships: Establish a framework for cooperation between our insurers, healthcare providers, and technology partners to scale and further develop innovative solutions
  • Embracing convergence: Apply your knowledge and passion also to adjacent ecosystem activities (e.g. in mobility or home/living) where/when appropriate and needed
  • Optimizing continuously: Monitor and continuously improve the success and scale of implemented solutions and partnerships 
  • Sharing knowledge: Ensure knowledge transfer and experience sharing to and among our group insurers

Your Profile

  • Degree in the field of business administration, health economics, innovation mgmt. marketing or similar
  • First professional experience (2-5 years) in fast paced environments such as startups, management consulting or the industry. Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with digital health solutions, health platforms, or digital ecosystems, is highly advantageous
  • Ecosystem Management:Ability to develop and implement services & connect various players in the sector
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Experience in coordinating cross-functional/country teams and initiatives
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and develop business models that create value for the participants in the ecosystem while advancing our insurers’ objectives
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and plan/deliver projects end to end 
  • Intercultural Competence and willingness to travel:Experience working with international teams and the willingness to travel and work within the CEE region
  • Language skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English

 

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 436.86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
